We offer a 2 year guarantee on all our products, covering manufacturing defects and material failures. This guarantee applies from the date of purchase.

  • Replacement of defective parts or repair (as deemed necessary by our team).

b) What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular usage.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Issues resulting from improper installation or maintenance.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, or accessories unless explicitly stated.

2. How to Claim the Guarantee?

3. Processing Time

  • Guarantee claims are processed within 2 business days of receiving the request.
  • Replacement parts/products will be shipped within 5 business days (subject to availability).

4. Limitations & Liability

  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as per the guarantee terms.
  • We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of use, or any incidental expenses caused by a defective product.
